As Karyn shares from the heart of her calling, she steps squarely on the truth of God’s Word in between her leaps of joy.
True Beauty – If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, then we should know what is beautiful in the eyes of God. Having been raised behind the scenes of the Miss Texas Pageant, Karyn grew up with a unique view of beauty, a perspective that led Karyn to her own journey in the world of competitive beauty. In this story-based presentation, Karyn shares her desire for beauty according to the world, and her discovery of beauty according to Word.
Walk This Way – Karyn learned many things the hard way, so her passion is to teach others to walk His way. This teaching presentation is for any woman seeking to know Him more intimately, follow Him more faithfully and experience life more abundantly. Karyn shares her personal journey of faith, and presents eight basic principles for developing the dynamic love relationship God wants each of us to enjoy.
10 Dumb Things Smart Women Do – Sometimes the smartest women do the dumbest things. Karyn knows this truth well, holding a master’s degree in one hand and a laundry list of stupid decisions in the other. Interlaced with real stories and biblical truth, this teaching presentation reveals the top ten tendencies of intelligent women that, if not managed well, can turn turn them into foolish females, and the ten traits that trump these tendencies for a victorious life.
Be Careful Little Mind What You Think – It’s “right time” to start thinking right about the right things! This teaching presentation explores what God’s Word has to say about the mind and its effect on our lives, especially in today's challenging culture. Karyn teaches ladies to understand the truth about their minds, recognize false beliefs in their minds, and replace faulty thinking with right thinking. Turning Today’s News into the Good News – As a writer for EverydayChristian.com, Karyn examines today’s headlines from a biblical perspective to capture the culture’s attention to the reality of absolute truth. In this presentation, Karyn shares a four-step strategy that any believer can employ to shift the water-cooler talk from the everyday news to the good news of Jesus Christ.
